You retain all rights to the content you post on Sponta but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute this content in connection with the app.
6. Reporting and Monitoring
User Reporting: If you encounter any user violating our terms or engaging in harmful behavior, you are encouraged to report this to us immediately.
Monitoring: In cases where a user is reported, we reserve the right to review messages exchanged with the reported user to investigate the complaint. This is to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users.
7. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be in violation of these terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sponta is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the app.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponta and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the app.
11. Personal Interactions and Meetings
User Discretion: You acknowledge that all interactions and meetings with other users of Sponta are solely at your discretion. You are responsible for taking all necessary precautions in interactions with other users.
No Liability for User Interactions: Sponta is not responsible for the conduct or behavior of any user or for any interactions that you establish with other users.
Risk Acknowledgment: Sponta does not conduct background checks on its users. You agree to take all necessary precautions when communicating with or meeting other users.
Release of Liability: You release Sponta from any claims related to your use of the app, including interactions with or conduct of other users.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Paraguay.
